Results?

Not surprisingly that as the flats gets newer the corridors get narrower. Not forgetting that the flat sizes get smaller too. Only the prices for the units had more than doubled while the rest reduces in sizes.

Have anyone wonder why is this so?
People are paying more but getting much lesser in value, are they willing or reluctant party?
Who is on the suffering end?
Is it planned or someone not done their job?
