Prices of non-landed private are softening but the take up rate improves. This might be good sign but as more projects TOP, the impact would be more obvious.

According to the SRX Property Price Index for Non-landed Private ResidentialRentals, rents posted a drop of 0.4% inMarch 2015 compared toFebruary2015. Non-landed Private Residential units in CCR and RCR saw decreases inrentsof 0.5% and0.9% respectively. The rents in OCR increased by 0.8% from February. Read more…
