It is indeed disappointing to note that even with the improved election results, the MND still not going to lift the cooling measures.

But I think this isn’t a bad move after all. As US stock market didn’t do well couple of months back, hence the impact of recession likely to hit our shore in coming months. If it does happen, it helps to deter buyers over committing themselves.

It would be still worth waiting for the lifting of the cooling measures and see a free market again.
